My mother’s memorial was this past weekend. I feel like I have a bit of closure now, so I made her a spirit bottle so she can hang out with her mother on my Ancestor altar:

Mom is on the left, Grandma is on the right. Both bottles have a rosary (Mom’s was with her until she passed), marshmallow root, mugwort, wormwood, and small keepsakes. Mom’s also has lightning struck wood, copal resin, eggshells, and her ashes.
I love these little bottles. I hope my beloved dead love them, too.
